Industrial Park Ghana (IPG) is a limited liability company based in Ghana with a focus on development & leasing of commercial real estate and development of manufacturing plants in joint ventures. We offer innovative solutions to the Industrial Real Estate needs of our clients by providing customisable space, uninterrupted utilities supply and dedicated internet access, along with other options dependant on the clients’ own requirements.
IPG currently allocates 40,000 m2 of factory space at our premier site at Kpone, with expansion plans on-going.
We are constantly updating and improving upon our designs to ensure that management are comfortable in their professional workspace whilst industrial work goes on uninterrupted nearby.
We currently provide services to our clients in 3 main ways:
- Large manufacturing companies using space for storage.
- Foreign companies with manufacturing operations based in Ghana using space for their manufacturing operations.
- Large-scale commodity importers using space for storage(including customs bond).
At IPG, we are focused on growing our brand in ways that would serve our clients even better. To mirror this commitment, the first phase of our second industrial park at Kpone is scheduled to be completed by April 2013.
